An Intern Has To Go With Following Rounds Of Interview:

  1. Technical Round

    The candidate will be invited for an online technical round. This Round will be conducted in two parts. First, Every candidate has to go through Aptitude/logical test for Non-Technical/ Technical profile respectively. Aptitude test aims to judge the applicant’s Numerical, Verbal, Diagrammatic, logical and inductive capabilities. On the other hand, a Logical test is designed to assess the applicant’s ability to think logically, identify the problem, think about available alternatives and integrate the solution effectively. Immediately after this, the Candidate will be invited for a telephonic Technical interviewstrong> in its area of expertise. This round will assess a candidate’s technical capabilities in his area of expertise. The technical round will be evaluated on the 10-pointer scale. A score of both rounds will be evaluated by the respective interviewer and the accumulated score of the technical round will result in the candidate’s qualification for the next and final cultural fit Round.

  2. Final selection Round

    This Round will be the final round of the selection process and will be conducted by the HR and One of the Senior management team. The objective of this round to evaluate the candidate’s ability to fit in the existing culture of the company. The candidate must fit in Relinns values and should be a good team player. Merit list of the candidates will be prepared and based on the candidate’s rank, he/she will receive a selection call. If a candidate is not selected, He/she will not receive any rejection call. The firm can send the feedback of a particular candidate solely based on the request of the candidate and interviewer’s willingness to share the feedback.

  3. Result Of Interview

    If the candidate gets the selection call, then the candidate will be invited for salary negotiation and joining date discussion.

FAQ’s for Internship

The internship period is strictly for six months. Only candidates who complete the internship successfully will be given completion certificate and will be eligible for a stipend. Stipend will be paid at INR 7,000 per month OR INR 40,000 on successful completion of internship. Candidates who could not complete internship because of any reason will not be eligible for a completion certificate and will have to pay Relinns INR 7,000 per month for the time spent till the date of leaving. This will be in order to cover the cost of training.
Candidates in the final year of their Bachelor’s or Master’s program can apply. Candidates who are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and have obtained “No Objection Certificate” from their college to go internship can also apply.
Yes, on successful completion of internship candidates will be eligible for a job offer. Relinns will evaluate the performance of all interns on regular intervals and will extend Pre-Placement Offer only to high performers.
Candidates are expected to spend a minimum of 9 hours on an average per day including lunch and other breaks.

Usually, candidates are not allowed to switch technologies or domains during the course of internship but a case can be considered as per business requirements.
Candidates have two options to choose stipend payments. We are offering INR 7,000 per month starting from the third month. For the first two months, there will not be any stipend Or INR 40,000 on successful completion of internship. Candidates who could not complete internship because of any reason will not be eligible for a completion certificate and will have to pay Relinns INR 7,000 per month for the time spent till the date of leaving. This will be in order to cover the cost of training.
Candidates are free to decide if they don’t want to opt for a job at Relinns or want to go for the job outside Relinns. In case candidate is looking for job outside Relinns, he / she has to inform one month in advance before completion of the internship.
Candidate has to get a request letter from college for an internship at Relinns. Once we receive an internship request letter, the candidate will be offered an internship. On the date of joining, a candidate will be requested to get all your documents as per joining email. If the Candidate is not studying in college, or couldn’t arrange a request letter, So they have to submit their original documents.
No. Relinns internship program is based on practical industrial challenges. Candidates will be given theoretical sessions followed by assignments to brush up their skills. Once candidates are through assignments they will be on-boarded for live projects.
We wouldn’t be able to entertain any such requests considering dynamic business requirements at Relinns
In case of any misconduct, failure to comply with company policies, poor performance, Relinns has complete authority to discard your candidature for an internship
No, candidates are not expected to pay any deposit or fee. Relinns will be providing only 2 certificates, one at the joining date (Offer Letter) Other is the Experience letter, In case there is any other document required by the college as per the curriculum request then it can only be given based on email request from college authorities. Please inform HR Manager prior to your joining about such a request.
Relinns do not reject candidates, we believe that a healthy culture can only be achieved when similar personalities collaborate to work in a given direction. Keeping in line with this philosophy, it is possible that our work culture is not the right mould for a candidate or vice versa, hence we feel that the best solution is for the candidate to look for opportunities that can meet their expectations and where they will be able to fit and contribute meaningfully. In such a case we encourage the candidate to find a better fit for his/her personality and talent.
No. Relinns is not offering any remote internship. However, candidates who are self disciplined and are high performers can be offered privilege to work from home after discussion with Relinns management.
Relinns is looking for only candidates who are looking for learning opportunities and are serious about their industrial training. Hence, if any candidate could not complete internship because of any reason, he/she will not be eligible for a completion certificate and will have to pay Relinns INR 7,000 per month for the time spent till the date of leaving. No, there will not be any employment bond that Relinns will seek you to sign. Relinns believe in the freedom of its employees to choose their career path as per their wish and doesn’t hold its employees bound to any such contracts.
You are free to plan your vacations during your internship. However, if you take more than 6 days of leave, your internship will get extended by the days of vacation you take.
