No. Relinns is not offering any remote internship. However, candidates who are self disciplined and are high performers can be offered privilege to work from home after discussion with Relinns management.
Relinns do not reject candidates, we believe that a healthy culture can only be achieved when similar personalities collaborate to work in a given direction. Keeping in line with this philosophy, it is possible that our work culture is not the right mould for a candidate or vice versa, hence we feel that the best solution is for the candidate to look for opportunities that can meet their expectations and where they will be able to fit and contribute meaningfully. In such a case we encourage the candidate to find a better fit for his/her personality and talent.
Relinns will be providing only 2 certificates, one at the joining date (Offer Letter) Other is the Experience letter, In case there is any other document required by the college as per the curriculum request then it can only be given based on email request from college authorities. Please inform HR Manager prior to your joining about such a request.
No, candidates are not expected to pay any deposit or fee. However, Candidates who could not complete internship because of any reason will not be eligible for a completion certificate and will have to pay Relinns INR 7,000 per month for the time spent till the date of leaving. This will be in order to cover the cost of training.
In case of any misconduct, failure to comply with company policies, poor performance, Relinns has complete authority to discard your candidature for an internship.
We wouldn’t be able to entertain any such requests considering dynamic business requirements at Relinns
No. Relinns internship program is based on practical industrial challenges. Candidates will be given theoretical sessions followed by assignments to brush up their skills. Once candidates are through assignments they will be on-boarded for live projects.
Candidate has to get a request letter from college for an internship at Relinns. Once we receive an internship request letter, the candidate will be offered an internship. On the date of joining, a candidate will be requested to get all your documents as per joining email. If the Candidate is not studying in college, or couldn’t arrange a request letter, So they have to submit their original documents.
Candidates are free to decide if they don’t want to opt for a job at Relinns or want to go for the job outside Relinns. In case candidate is looking for job outside Relinns, he/she has to inform one month in advance before completion of the internship.
Candidates have two options to choose stipend payments. We are offering INR 7,000 per month starting from the third month. For the first two months, there will not be any stipend. Or INR 40,000 on successful completion of internship.
