Whatsapp New Feature - How to get started?

WhatsApp which offers cross-platform instant messaging service for smartphones has come up with an update that allows users to delete already sent messages in chats and groups. This feature lets people recall messages sent on individual chats and groups, and is available across different platforms, such as Android, iPhone and Windows Phone. One of the best use of this feature is when you sent a message to someone by mistake, that message can easily be deleted through the latest update that has arrived.

How to get this latest feature on whatsapp? How to use it and get installed?

Firstly, you need to know that you are having latest updates installed on your smartphone.

Secondly, the person to whom you are sending the message should also have the latest update installed

Thirdly, Select the message you want to delete and tap on delete option, the message will get deleted after showing the new dialog box.

Now, this feature is good enough for those who has sent wrong message to someone but it also has a drawback, that the person can only delete the sent message up to seven minutes after sending. Once the seven minutes are passed, there is no way to delete that message.

Apart from this update, there’s another option for which company has changed the name of regular delete option to calling it Delete for ( means with regular delete option person can delete the message but with delete for me option, person can delete the message for himself ).

This feature is one of the most requested one, and is likely to make things slightly easier for WhatsApp users. Because now a days WhatsApp is considered to be most usable chatting application over smartphone. For those who are unaware about this feature,it is already available in other popular chat applications like Telegram, Viber and now WhatsApp is finally looking to make it available to its billion daily active users as well.
